Une passion née du terrain
Notre histoire
Tout commence à Madagascar, lors d’un projet solidaire. Guidé par les fermiers, l’un de nos fondateurs découvre la culture minutieuse de la vanille : la pollinisation manuelle, la patience, la maturation lente.
Il en tombe amoureux. De cette rencontre naît une conviction : la vraie richesse de la vanille réside dans le lien humain qui l’entoure.
De retour en France, il fait goûter sa vanille à un chef doublement étoilé.
Verdict : « une qualité exceptionnelle ».
C’est ainsi qu’est né Atelier Évin, une maison dédiée à la vanille naturelle, respectueuse des producteurs comme des amoureux de gastronomie.
